Ingredients

• 1 small apple, peeled & finely grated
• 1 medium carrot, finely grated
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• 70 g plain wholemeal flour or oat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Splash of water or unsalted bone broth (if needed)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Mix apple, carrot, egg, and coconut oil
3. Fold in flour and baking powder
4. Adjust texture (thick but spoonable)
5. Bake 25 minutes until golden and set
6. Cool completely
