Ingredients

• Protein base (choose one of the below):
• 200 g cooked chicken breast or
• 200 g lean turkey mince or
• 1 × 185 g tin sardines in spring water (drained)
• 1 large egg
• 60 g oat flour (or ground porridge oats)
• 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 170°C (fan).
2. Blend all ingredients into a thick, spoonable paste.
3. Line a shallow baking tray and spread mixture thinly (about 1 cm thick).
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set but still soft.
5. Cool completely, then slice into tiny cubes (pea-size for training).
