Rose, Raspberry & Goat Milk Panna Cotta Hearts

A delicate, dessert-style Valentine’s treat inspired by classic panna cotta — but reworked for dogs. Creamy goat’s milk is gently set with gelatine and naturally flavoured with raspberries and a hint of aromatic rose petals for a soft-set, melt-in-the-mouth texture. This is a calm, enriching treat designed for slow enjoyment rather than crunching, making it ideal for lick-based enrichment or special-occasion spoiling.

Method:

Gently warm the goat’s milk (do not boil).

Stir in mashed raspberries and rose petals.

Sprinkle gelatine over the warm liquid and whisk until fully dissolved.

Strain if you want a smoother finish (optional ).

Pour into heart moulds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

Serving tip:
Small cubes only – think luxury bite, not pudding bowl.

Will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days or portion up and freeze for up to 3 months

200 ml goat’s milk

40 g raspberries (fresh or frozen, mashed)

1 tsp dried rose petals (food-grade, unsprayed)
