A crunchy biscuit with a fruity twist!
Suitable for all healthy dogs including puppies over 3 months
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) fan / 180°C conventional / 350°F.
2. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
3. In a bowl, mash the banana thoroughly.
4. Add the egg and coconut oil, mixing until smooth.
5. Stir in the oats, followed by the blueberries (gently fold to avoid over-mashing).
6. If the dough feels too dry, add a tablespoon of water at a time until you can form a soft but non-sticky dough.
7. Roll into small balls and flatten into discs, or use cookie cutters for shapes.
8. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centre feels firm.
9. Turn off the oven and leave the biscuits to cool inside the oven (this helps them dry out further and become crunchier).
